Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional agile teams to deliver critical projects for our blood specimen collection product group, focusing on compliance, supply continuity, and quality. You will optimize project value by planning sprints, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, and driving the completion of essential documentation.

• Lead and motivate cross-functional, hybrid agile teams
• Implement and champion agile project management methodologies
• Optimize value delivered by planning sprints from the task backlog
• Ensure phase-gate processes and Design History File completion
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Experience in medical device industries and regulated environments required
