Product Manager

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager to define and deliver product initiatives that improve patient care and pharmacy operations. You will own the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems for patients and partners. This role involves end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and requirements to launch and iteration.

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into product requirements
• Drive feature discussions with customers and cross-functional partners
• Support product discovery through customer research and data analysis
• Monitor feature-level success metrics and iterate
• Optimize roadmap intake and triage requests
