Senior Manager of Program Management

As a Senior Production Portfolio Manager at Moog, you will lead and influence business decisions across multiple portfolios, driving strategy, program delivery, and financial forecasting. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex programs in a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

• Develop and execute portfolio strategy and long-range planning
• Ensure program delivery meets contractual, technical, schedule, and budget commitments
• Manage portfolio financial ownership, forecasting, and P&L inputs
• Lead resource planning, capacity management, and cross-site conflict resolution
• Drive supply chain standardization and common procurement leverage
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and configuration control
