Technical Product Manager I

You will translate complex business needs into technical specifications, manage integration projects from pre-sales through launch, and collaborate with engineering to deliver robust solutions. This role is crucial for advancing science and healthcare by enabling efficient data exchange and workflow automation for universities and research organizations.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data integration
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, acting as the primary technical contact
• Collaborate with customers, sales engineers, and engineering teams
• Define project scope, goals, and success metrics
• Create and maintain integration documentation, including API specifications and data mappings
• Experience with APIs, data formats, and Agile methodologies
