Lead Product Manager, Identity & Apply

As the Lead Product Manager for Identity & Apply, you will own the critical systems that define how job seekers present themselves and complete applications on ZipRecruiter. You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient application process, building a rich profile that job seekers want to maintain, and delivering high-quality applications that employers can act on. This high-impact role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and a deep understanding of user experience and data.

• Own product strategy for job seeker profiles and application flows
• Drive conversion and reduce friction in the application process
• Build and maintain accurate, valuable job seeker profiles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on roadmap and drive decisions
• Leverage data and experimentation to optimize user experience and outcomes
• Ensure applications are high-quality and reach employer systems effectively
