Product Line Manager

As a Product Line Manager, you will drive the sustainable growth of our land-based Aircraft Arresting System product lines. You will develop strategic product plans, technology roadmaps, and integrate customer feedback to create differentiated solutions. This role involves managing products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to commercialization, and requires a strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems in the aerospace/defense sector.

• Manage multiple land-based Aircraft Arresting System product lines
• Develop strategic product plans and technology roadmaps
• Integrate customer voice into product development
• Lead product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization
• Assess market needs and conduct feasibility analysis for new products
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required
