Senior Customer Technical Program Manager

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Customer Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary programs for AI Enterprise Data Center solutions. You will manage system-level integration and qualification, collaborating with cross-functional teams and a large OEM partner from early development through mass production. This role requires strong technical, planning, and leadership skills to drive hardware and software integration, resolve issues, and ensure successful product lifecycle management.

• Drive planning and execution of AI Enterprise Data Center solutions for system-level integration and qualification
• Coordinate system integration, certification, and production readiness with a large OEM System Partner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, sales) to resolve technical and logistical issues
• Manage hardware and software multi-functional teams, assembling requirements, prioritizing, and scheduling
• Collect, prioritize, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution
• Communicate issue status and program reports to internal executives and customers
