Program Manager

ZEISS is seeking a Program Manager to join their Supply Chain Team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex, cross-functional supply chain programs, including process design, technology solutions, and cost reduction initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end program planning and execution
• Develop program governance and reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define project plans
• Track program KPIs and identify/mitigate risks
• Drive cost-benefit analysis and roadmap development
• Manage interdependencies and coordinate with external partners
