Program Manager

This role supports program management by assisting with customer account management, coordinating project activities, and preparing reports. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure programs progress on schedule and within budget, driving continuous improvement and timely issue resolution.

• Assist in program proposal and plan review
• Coordinate projects with Customer Focus Team
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations
• Drive continuous improvement activities
• Follow up on shipments and resolve delays
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or related industry
