Project Analyst

Join Howden US Retail as an Operations Project Analyst to support the planning, execution, and governance of key projects within our rapidly scaling insurance brokerage. You will partner closely with Program Managers, conduct analysis, solve problems, and ensure initiatives are delivered with clarity and strong business insight, operating at the intersection of business operations, technology, and transformation.

• Support project execution, tracking progress, risks, and issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather updates and resolve action items
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans and status reports
• Conduct analysis and gap assessments for future-state solutions
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements
• 3-6 years of experience in a project analyst or delivery role
