IT Technical Program Manager

Zipline is seeking an IT Technical Program Manager to oversee IT program delivery for new site openings, facility upgrades, and workplace technology. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of Zipline's autonomous logistics system, directly impacting launch cadence, safety, and customer deliveries. The position requires managing end-to-end program delivery, coordinating cross-functionally, and driving vendor performance.

• Own end-to-end IT program delivery for site openings and upgrades
• Create and operate IT intake, prioritization, and portfolio cadence
• Build and maintain project plans with clear owners and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Facilities, Real Estate, and other departments
• Drive vendor scopes, SLAs, and performance remediation
• Ensure solutions are supportable, secure, and documented before handoff
