Technical Program Manager - Engineering

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive complex engineering programs across full-stack and backend teams. This role follows an AWS-style TPM model, focusing on technical fluency, breaking down ambiguous problems, and managing end-to-end delivery from concept to production. You will act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, owning the 'how' and 'when' for engineering teams.

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-team engineering programs
• Break down ambiguous initiatives into executable plans with clear ownership
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple engineering domains
• Partner with Engineering Managers and Sr Lead Engineers on technical approach and sequencing
• Facilitate technical design reviews, sprint planning, and program-level syncs
• Define and maintain program roadmaps, status reporting, and delivery metrics
