About this role
As a Product Manager at RTX, you will guide the execution and development of program plans for introducing new products into factory operations. You will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure strategies meet cost, quality, and schedule requirements, focusing on profitability and growth.
What we are looking for
6- Guide execution and development of program plans for new product introduction
- Ensure functional and factory areas meet cost, quality, and schedule requirements
- Lead collaborative efforts across Operations, Supply Chain, and key business partners
- Support factory meetings and production activities
- Utilize metrics to develop implementation of Build Plan or MRP plan
- Requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
