Senior Product Manager | Prism

Epicor is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the evolution of Prism Core, a foundational AI platform. You will be responsible for the orchestrator, AI model selection, guardrails, security, usage tracking, and monetization systems. This role requires a platform-first mindset and the ability to work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure the platform meets their needs.

• Own the AI orchestrator and model selection process
• Define and enforce responsible AI and safety guardrails
• Manage platform security, access controls, and audit functions
• Oversee usage tracking and monetization models
• Develop and manage core platform agents and evaluation frameworks
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on platform strategy
