Manager V, Technical Program/ Project Management

As a Technical Program/Project Management Manager V, you will define and drive project objectives, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline. You will lead and develop teams, oversee departmental budgets, and spearhead the integration of new technologies to advance our materials science and engineering solutions.

• Define and manage project/program objectives and resource planning
• Ensure project completion within specifications, budget, and schedule
• Oversee departmental budgets and financial resource utilization
• Lead and develop subordinate staff, including performance appraisals
• Drive research and development of new technologies and their integration
• Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML implementation for productivity and scalability
