About this role

CoinDesk, a leading media and data company in the crypto economy, seeks a Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role will provide structure and governance for strategic programs spanning technology, operations, and product, directly impacting the scaling of Bullish's digital asset exchange platform. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to drive delivery from inception through execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What we are looking for

Own end-to-end program delivery for complex, multi-workstream initiatives
Establish and maintain program governance frameworks
Partner with senior stakeholders to define scope and prioritize deliverables
Drive dependency management and risk mitigation across programs
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, legal, compliance, and operations
Introduce and embed best practices for program and project management
