Technical Product Manager

Zayo is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our operations-driven product team. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technology teams, and frontline operations to enhance internal processes and tools. This role involves translating business needs into clear requirements, supporting testing, and ensuring successful adoption of improvements.

• Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams
• Translate business needs into requirements and user stories
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Support user acceptance testing and issue resolution
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence
