About this role

Aurora is seeking a Staff Product Program Manager to join their Product & Program Management team, focusing on the Fault Management System for self-driving technology. This role involves partnering with Autonomy Software teams to ensure the Aurora Driver can fail safely. You will plan and prioritize development, assess requirements, manage complex projects, and remove obstacles to drive progress.

What we are looking for

Partner with Autonomy Architecture leads and engineers
Plan and prioritize development with greatest product impact
Assess requirements and facilitate strategy selection
Manage complex, large-scale projects across functional teams
Understand technical implementation at the architectural level
Minimum 7 years experience in TPM, PM, or EM roles
