Sr. Technical Program Manager

Zillow is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their People Technology team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for bridging US-based product and business partners with the India engineering team, owning sprint execution, quality gates, and cross-team coordination. You will help define and mature a new operating model for workforce expansion in India.

• Own sprint execution end to end in Jira
• Serve as the handoff quality gate between Product and Engineering
• Own the US-India coordination bridge across time zones
• Manage cross-team dependencies and risks
• Drive continuous improvement of operational models
• Apply AI tools to program management tasks
