About this role
As a Sr. Product Manager at Happen Bank, you will drive key metrics and outcomes for our Personal Loans product. You will own specific problem spaces, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, and continuously improve customer and business results through data-driven decision-making and strong product judgment.
What we are looking for
6- Own and drive product strategy and execution for Personal Loans
- Deeply understand member needs and reduce friction in the customer journey
- Define and track success metrics, prioritizing work for maximum impact
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and analytics
- 6+ years of product management experience with customer-facing products
- Experience in regulated environments and fintech preferred
