Senior Specialist Product Manager

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of their Business Experimentation & Optimization platform, known as Test & Learn. This role involves defining product strategy, owning feature development, and integrating AI capabilities to enhance the platform's analytics and decision-making power for global clients.

• Develop product strategy based on user research and market trends
• Own end-to-end feature development from ideation to impact measurement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers and designers
• Define and integrate AI technology to enhance business initiatives
• Build industry-leading experimentation software for large organizations
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with AI experience preferred
