Senior Analyst, Product

As a Senior Analyst, Product, you will translate global business needs into actionable requirements for product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer interaction channels and drive process improvements. • Elicit and document business requirements from global stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and QA teams
• Drive enhancements across customer interaction channels (chatbots, IVR, voice)
• Support migration to Genesys conversational platform
• Identify opportunities for customer journey optimization
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics
