Senior Technical Program Manager

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their Business Strategy and Governance team within the Operations, Network and Employee Digital Experience Organization. This role focuses on driving technology-enabled outcomes, managing complex initiatives, and supporting customer migrations to the public cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience in infrastructure, enterprise applications, and data center operations, with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage program execution.

• Lead customer migrations to public cloud with development teams
• Set schedules for workload migrations and manage dependencies
• Consolidate regulatory and legal requirements
• Partner with product to develop customer-first experiences
• Govern data quality in agile tooling
• Proven experience leading IT project/program workstreams
