Project Manager

AnewHealth is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on improving patient experience, service outcomes, and operational performance. This role involves driving cross-functional projects to enhance service levels, optimize patient-facing processes, and ensure measurable improvements in quality and cost. The Project Manager will partner with operational leaders to implement and sustain changes.

• Lead cross-functional projects for patient experience and operational efficiency
• Define project scope, success metrics, and timelines
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective action plans
• Coordinate stakeholders across clinical and operational teams
• Establish and monitor KPIs for service, quality, and performance
