Project Analyst

Join Howden US as an Operations Project Analyst to support the planning, execution, and governance of projects within our rapidly scaling insurance brokerage. You will partner with Project Managers, analyze business operations, and contribute to transformation initiatives, playing a key role in delivering projects with rigor and insight.

• Support project execution, tracking progress, risks, and issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage project documentation
• Assist with change management and UAT planning
• Conduct analysis, gap assessments, and requirements gathering
• 3-6 years of experience in a project analyst or delivery role
• Experience in insurance brokerage or financial services preferred
