- Manage integration of multiple large-scale projects or one complex development
- Lead a portfolio of Program and/or Project Managers
- Ensure customer relationships, cost, schedule, and technical execution
- Track and report on program performance and high-visibility deliverables
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Aerospace and Defense program management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ members
