Mechanical Program Manager

JLL is seeking a Mechanical Program Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical systems within a hyperscale data center. You will implement preventative and corrective maintenance strategies, manage projects, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong technical expertise in critical mechanical equipment and excellent leadership skills.

• Manage mechanical systems in a hyperscale data center environment
• Implement preventative and corrective maintenance strategies
• Oversee mechanical equipment including chillers, AHUs, and VFDs
• Manage mechanical system upgrade and replacement projects
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
• Vendor management and budget assistance
