Lead Technical Program Mgr

Disney Entertainment & ESPN is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of complex programs within their Commerce business. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on membership growth for streaming services like Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, ensuring transparency, managing risks, and providing strategic guidance to leadership.

• Lead execution of complex, cross-functional programs
• Develop program plans, timelines, and manage dependencies
• Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and issues
• Communicate status to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Partner with Product to manage intake pipeline and triage programs
• Mentor other Technical Program Managers
