What we are looking for

Lead large-scale commercial & industrial energy efficiency programs
Own program cost, implementation, and performance, including financial reporting
Serve as the primary client contact, leading program reviews and developing new business
Direct and manage a cross-functional team of 50+ people
Requires 8+ years of program management and 5+ years of people management experience
Strong client-facing communication and business/financial acumen required
