Technical Product Manager, Platform Engineering

Arrowstreet Capital is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own and shape the roadmap for our internal Platform Engineering team. You will translate strategy and stakeholder needs into a cohesive plan, ensuring platform capabilities maximize value and adoption. This highly collaborative role requires balancing technical priorities with business needs to drive engineering efficiency and productivity across the organization.

• Own and communicate the integrated Platform Engineering roadmap
• Translate strategy and stakeholder needs into prioritized outcomes
• Balance stakeholder value, technical health, and engineering capacity
• Define service expectations, including SLAs/SLOs and operational performance
• Drive adoption and measure the success of platform capabilities
• Collaborate with highly technical engineering teams and stakeholders
