Project Controls Lead (Design & Construction)

Anduril Industries seeks a Project Controls Lead to manage financial aspects of design and construction projects. This role involves establishing cost structures, implementing forecasting best practices, and collaborating with finance teams for reporting. You will also oversee change order management, develop project approval processes, and manage project reporting and invoice processing.

• Establish cost category structure and WBS for construction projects
• Implement cost forecasting and capex reporting best practices
• Manage change order review and project approval processes
• Develop financial reporting materials and project KPIs
• Oversee PMO staff and construction invoice management
• Manage implementation of Project Management Information System
