Project Manager, Project & Development Services

Manage the design, planning, and construction of real estate facilities projects, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met. This role involves overseeing mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial, and architectural applications, along with administrative and budgetary controls. You will coordinate resources and execute projects to meet client expectations.

• Manage project deliverables including scope, scheduling, and reporting
• Oversee design, development, and construction phases
• Proactively manage project issues and ensure successful project completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines
• Coordinate vendor RFQs and RFPs
• Review change orders and manage project financials
