Sr. Technical Program Manager

Lead large-scale, customer-facing AI, infrastructure, and technology transformation programs from discovery through implementation. You will be the primary program management lead for complex customer engagements, driving execution across cross-functional technical teams and ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and customer objectives. This role requires deep expertise in technical program management and stakeholder engagement.

• Lead customer-facing AI, infrastructure, and technology transformation programs
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, delivery, and customer organizations
• Serve as the primary program management contact for major customer initiatives
• Facilitate executive steering committees and customer business reviews
• Translate complex technical requirements into integrated program plans
