Nscale is seeking an early-career Site Program Manager to oversee AI infrastructure deployments. This role involves hands-on ownership of the physical delivery floor, coordinating trades, managing contractors, and driving daily site execution from civil work through commissioning, with mentorship from senior staff.

What we are looking for

Own on-site delivery execution across the full deployment lifecycle
Coordinate trades and manage contractors on site
Interface with General Contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
Track site schedule and manage commissioning process
Produce daily and weekly site status updates
Enforce safety protocols and build site team relationships
