Senior Technical Program Analyst

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead technology regulatory initiatives across the Americas. This role involves planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, acting as a liaison between stakeholders, and managing risks to ensure successful implementation of regulatory programs.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex regulatory technology initiatives
• Act as liaison between project sponsors, senior leaders, and contributing teams
• Proactively identify roadblocks and manage risk mitigation efforts
• Track and report on project KPIs, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional team activities and foster a high-performance culture
• Strong knowledge of Agile framework and program management methodologies
