Engineering Program Manager

Cisco is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support Technical Program Managers in driving end-to-end engineering planning and development for cloud-based product teams. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with teams to define requirements, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and drive technical tradeoffs. This role focuses on process improvements and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

• Drive end-to-end engineering planning and development across cloud-based teams
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and marketing
• Identify and mitigate risks to software delivery
• Drive technical tradeoffs and process improvements
• Manage technical programs using agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Ensure engineering outputs meet quality standards and customer expectations
