Project Manager, Contract Operations

Monster Energy is seeking a Contract Operations Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of marketing contracts within The Americas. This role involves managing contracts through the Conga system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals, while acting as a liaison between Marketing and Legal departments.

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of marketing contracts via Conga system
• Liaise between Marketing and Legal departments for contract approvals
• Review contract drafts for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
• Maintain contract records, track end dates, and generate status reports
• Support training creation and template form testing
