Senior Product Manager

Amherst is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product innovation within the real estate technology space. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to identify and deliver new product features, optimize existing ones, and define a product roadmap that enhances both operational efficiency and customer experience. This role is ideal for a proactive and intellectually curious individual passionate about solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on business and customer ROI
• Identify product gaps, optimize features, and uncover new opportunities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and tech teams (Product, UI/UX, Engineering, Data)
• Leverage agile methodologies and product management tools like Jira
• 5+ years of software product management experience
• Extensive experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Digital Experience)
