About this role

Leidos is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex logistics and sustainment projects for the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) program in Aiea, HI. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects that enhance operational readiness for Special Operations Command Pacific and other military services. You will manage project performance, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

What we are looking for

Lead project planning, execution, and lifecycle management for complex logistics and sustainment initiatives
Develop and execute comprehensive Project Plans, Program Management Plans, and transition strategies
Manage multiple concurrent projects, monitoring cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk
Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers, internal stakeholders, and subcontractors
Monitor project risks, identify mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, corporate policies, and government regulations
