Operations Manager

Verana Health is seeking an Operations Manager to lead customer agreement deployment and manage critical projects within their life sciences portfolio. This role involves coordinating delivery progress, managing customer relationships, and driving initiatives to improve internal operations. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying dependencies, managing complex processes, and aligning stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and operational scaling.

• Lead customer agreement deployment and project management
• Own delivery lifecycle and RWD product/service success
• Identify and resolve complex operational issues
• Drive process improvement and operational scaling
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
• 3-6 years of consulting or data/tech firm experience
