Technical Program Manager

Lead end-to-end initiatives within a dedicated task force to diagnose and fix chronic delivery failures. You will manage a portfolio of projects, drive cross-functional teams to closure, and institutionalize permanent fixes into standard work. This role requires strong accountability and the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Own end-to-end initiatives from problem definition to corrective action closure
• Manage a portfolio of improvement projects, including schedule, milestones, and risk
• Convene and lead cross-functional task force reviews to drive issues to closure
• Maintain stakeholder communications and status reporting to senior leadership
• Institutionalize permanent fixes into standard work
• Drive cross-functional accountability without direct authority
