Project and Program Manager

Coordinate and manage Wolters Kluwer's e-commerce platforms and customer purchasing journeys. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external software development partners, overseeing maintenance, development, and enhancement activities. Responsibilities include roadmap planning, budget coordination, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives aligned with business priorities.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors for e-commerce platforms
• Manage product and operational roadmaps, budgets, and delivery timelines
• Liaise between business stakeholders and external software development partners
• Oversee key e-commerce environments including online stores and portals
• Collect, analyze, and coordinate business requirements for customer experience and sales processes
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
