Technical Product Manager

Empower is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive the evolution of our technology platforms, including generative AI and personalization capabilities. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, execute roadmaps, and deliver scalable platform features. • Support platform roadmaps, feature definition, prioritization, and delivery
• Translate business and technical requirements into user stories and specifications
• Define requirements for data pipelines, decisioning, personalization, and experimentation
• Partner with engineering, ML, and data teams to deliver platform capabilities
• Manage product backlogs and coordinate Agile development activities
• Monitor platform performance, reliability, and adoption using KPIs and SLOs
