Staff Product Manager, Affirm Bank

Affirm is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development and launch of its new consumer banking product. This role will own the end-to-end bank product, including deposits, loan originations, and compliance, working at the intersection of regulated banking, platform engineering, and consumer products. You will build a foundational new business line from the ground up, reshaping how Affirm serves and grows consumer relationships.

• Own end-to-end bank product including deposits, loan originations, compliance, and operations
• Shape consumer deposit experience and go-to-market strategy
• Own roadmap for deposit product, scaling to multi-billion dollar base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance
• Drive bank operations readiness and stakeholder alignment
• 6+ years of product management experience with regulated consumer-facing financial products
