Expert - Growth Marketing

ING Leasing is seeking an Expert in Growth Marketing to drive sales growth for leasing and rental services through digital channels, data, and partnerships. This role focuses on acquiring new customers and improving online sales efficiency by collaborating with sales, product, UX, and IT teams within the ING digital ecosystem.

• Plan, execute, and optimize growth marketing activities for leasing and rental sales
• Develop digital sales across ING channels, including online banking and mobile app
• Design and implement lead generation and performance marketing campaigns
• Analyze customer journeys to identify barriers and recommend conversion improvements
• Build and develop new sales lead sources through partnerships and online platforms
• Test new customer acquisition channels and collaboration models
