About this role

Dr. Squatch is seeking a Digital Retail & Marketplace Merchandising Senior Associate to manage product listings, content, and promotions across Amazon, Walmart.com, and Target.com. This role involves end-to-end ownership of digital merchandising, ensuring accurate and optimized product representation and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.

What we are looking for

Own onsite merchandising for Amazon territories, including creative, copy, and catalog hygiene
Manage new product launches, including the launch calendar and SKU discontinuation
Execute pricing and promotional deals, coordinating across teams and agencies
Manage catalog and content across Walmart.com and Target.com
Coordinate with agency partners on operational execution
Support retail media team with operational inputs
