Sr. Analyst, Marketing Performance Analytics

Aptive is seeking a full-time Senior Analyst, Marketing Performance Analytics to join their team in Provo, Utah. This role focuses on measuring and reporting on marketing performance across various channels, translating data into actionable insights, and supporting optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement.

• Lead marketing performance measurement across paid media, owned channels, CRM, web, and offline marketing
• Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of marketing KPIs
• Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and performance reports
• Produce actionable reporting to identify optimization opportunities
• Translate data into insights to inform campaign optimizations and strategy adjustments
• Analyze test results from A/B tests and experiments
