Creative Strategy Manager

Linqia is seeking a Creative Strategy Manager to lead their Creative Strategy team in New York City. This role involves overseeing junior team members, supporting client strategy, and contributing to new business proposals and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creative strategy and management within the influencer marketing space.

• Oversee the Creative Strategy team and mentor junior members
• Manage team bandwidth, projects, and resources
• Lead the creation of new business proposals and campaign ideas
• Design social media mocks and craft creative briefs
• Provide feedback to creators and act as a thought leader in the industry
• 7-12 years of experience in creative, social, or content strategy
