Assistant, Marketing & Digital

Warner Music Group is seeking an Assistant for their Marketing & Digital department at Warner Records in Los Angeles. This role provides operational support to executive leadership, offering hands-on experience in music marketing, digital strategy, and campaign execution. You will act as a key liaison between executives, label teams, artists, and external partners.

• Provide administrative support including scheduling, expense reports, and travel coordination
• Collate artist budget requests and attend meetings, taking notes and preparing materials
• Assist in developing and executing artist marketing plans and creating pitch decks
• Conduct competitive research and analyze industry strategies
• Coordinate needs for label-wide meetings
