What we are looking for

Own and execute the web roadmap, balancing business goals, UX, and technical debt
Drive CRO and experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing
Manage the WordPress CMS, including page builds, performance, and governance
Lead marketing automation integration for on-site behavior
Oversee web analytics and reporting using GA4
Ensure website compliance with privacy regulations and manage consent platforms
